Do you sell gift cards?
Sorry, we do not sell gift cards at the moment.
What is your return policy?
FashionFIT is commited to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return/exchange your purchase within 10 days of the ship date with ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Email us at email@example.com to receive your return authorization. If item is damaged or defective in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using a carrier of preferred choice.
We will not accept any returns, EXCHANGES ONLY.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order please contact FashionFIT as soon as possible! If the order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) from you and processed them back into our inventory.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
What is your shipping policy?
You will receive your order anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not on the date the order is placed.
After payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12PM CST (Friday) will be processed the following Monday.
